The build seemed to go ok with Newport. However, some of their vendors/contractors are less than professional nor responsive. Their main drywall company is poor on these fronts - many cracks in the house. Currently I have two large cracks in my garage which they say is not covered by warranty, although they fixed others in my garage.
It seems people are always looking for ways to get out of the warranty work than to actually do what is right.
Reflects poorly on Newport.
