Buyer beware! Work I see in my house lacks professional construction! Bathroom shower has a major leak that must have been that way when this house was built.
We bought the house from an elderly couple. It is only three years old with many flaws on the interior costing us a bundle . It must have been contacted out to a poor craftsman. I have no idea why this was not spotted by the builder .
