    Bathroom remodel

    This contractor's business is actually called RCK services and he operates under a different name here because reviews for his company are so bad (check Google if you don't believe me). I worked with Randy 3 months ago and waited to post this review because he threatened to put a lien on our house (he didn't, but he is willing to use scare tactics to get money).
    We originally used Randy because we thought his prices were reasonable and we didn't see any negative reviews for ideal services. Over time, we started to see that he frequently took days off, and when he did come he would work for an average of ~4 hours. He told us our bathroom remodel would be done in a matter of weeks, but we ended up firing him after 2 months and VERY little progress. When he did complete work it was sloppy, and it needed to be redone (we had the floor done twice by Randy and had to hire someone else to do it once he left). He will also ask for additional money for things that aren't needed. He asked us for a supplemental payment to "reroute" our vent so it could go under the vanity, and then proceeded to take the money and make no changes whatsoever. Hiring him was an awful decision, but firing him was one of the best decisions we've ever made
