    to fix the bedroom,paint,replace the vent fan for the kitchen and to remodel a bathroom.

    Hefty price for a terrible job
    The bathroom had terrible tile work, with no tiles correctly spaced, improperly leveled tiles, and improperly screwed bathroom sliding doors.
    Did not put in the effort to maintain my home; floorboards were found to be scuffed or damaged, with staplers embedded in them and paint splashes on the floor.
    AS FOR THE PAINT, IS VERY CHEAP! Since only two buckets each holding five gallons of paint were utilized, Luis Valero's claim that "16 Gallons of paint" was used during construction is demonstrably untrue. Why was the previous paint transparent if 16 gallons of paint were to be used?As well attempted to paint the whole house with primer until brought to his attention and replied with "oh yeaaa"with a grin.
    Lied about the cost and charged $350 for the kitchen vent fan.
    On a trip to the home depot, I discovered a vent that was on sale for $230 and was the exact one that the company had brought.
    When confronted, he went red and walked away.Last but not least, if you ever decide to send him a check Not his names, but the company's name should be used.
