    $365,000

    Built an unpermitted 220ft long retaining wall in a drainage/utility easement that is splitting and now leaning 4+ inches towards my house. Our home and children are in danger. Water runs nonstop. Our home will never pass a safety inspection and we can not fix anything because of the steps he skipped. Avoid at all costs, you can't put a price of your family's safety. He does not honor warranty at all. Tries to wait customers out rather than fix garbage work. Drive through Northridge neighborhood in Evans to see his quality of work.

    Absolutely terrible warranty service and Ron Janelle is one of the most arrogant builder/company owners in the CSRA. IDK can't keep a regular set of employees on staff to competently deal with the large amount of warranty issues flowing in. Our house appears to be solid with only minor cosmetic issues but it has taken months to get somebody out here to look at them. I DO NOT recommend IDK to anybody looking to have a smooth building process and a smooth warranty period.
