This company isn't trustworthy and I would not recommend them for service. Their employee came out and damage irrigation line. Once issue brought to their attention. They denied it and would not replace plants that died. I would not use them for anything.

IDL Solutions was the irrigation and landscaping company for my Builder Bloomfield. They did a horrible job. they came out once to try to correct the problem but made no difference. I called again and spoke to Pauline, who said that they had been out to look at my yard 3 times. Lol. I keep the gates locked. There was no way they could have gotten in without me unlocking the gate.They claim they came out 3 times which is a lie. Pauline was extremely rude and obnoxious. I spoke to them a year later and they keep saying that they did come out to my house. They came out once and it still wasn't done correctly but according to them they had been to my house three times. I stand by what I say. My gates to this day are still locked and cannot be opened unless I unlock them.

IDL solutions was the former landscaping management company for the Stone Ranch neighborhood in Wylie TX in 2024. They were owed about 6 months worth of payments from a previous HOA management company. When a new management company took over, it took several months to get IDL paid. However, Mark Stricker the owner saw fit to file mechanic's liens against homeowners that were on the HOA board as an incentive to get paid. These liens were fraudulent and illegal and damaged the title records of affected homeowners. Mr Stricker and his company are not to be trusted and I would advise any person or neighborhood association to steer clear of this troubled company.
