Absolutely terrible, on top of the fact that she made it difficult to communicate with her (not answering calls or messages), she stood us up on 3 separate occasions after already having paid her to pull a city permit. Ultimately she stopped answering our calls and left us hanging with an incomplete permit. Stay away!
