    Paint outside of home
    $1,500

    I would think twice before using this company to paint your home. Our home painting was ok, it took a while for Bill to come back and fix the off paint of his crew. His crew cut the screen on or 2nd floor bedroom. Bill took our screen and to this day we are waiting for it to be returned. We have called, emailed and texted with no reply back. I would highly rethink about using this company. Putting up a post like this I don't like since it is his lively hood, but Bill and his crew need to be held accountable for their actions. This is not good customer svc.

    Contacted Bill after receiving a door flyer to get my single story house painted, price seemed a little to good to be true. Bill quickly assured me of the price and his reason why he was considerably cheaper. Red flag was all the “you know’s” in regards to the kinds of paints that would be used, how the work is done and schedule… No Bill, I don’t know, but it sounds shady. Decided I’d give him a try (if it happens cool, if not it’s not like I’m out $), was told I’d be put on the schedule (with no date), he said the house would be done within 2 weeks, they don’t give start dates because the just keep moving on with houses. A couple days later, I call him to send my HOA letter and color scheme, gives me a date and a bunch of “you knows”. The day comes, took off work, mid-morning rolls around, no one’s around. Call Bill, tells me his crew had a family emergency up in Flagstaff and aren’t going to make it, when asked when he was planning on informing me they weren’t going to show up, “you know”. No problem, tells me the crew will be there the next morning. Next morning, mid-day, no one shows up. Call Bill, tells me the crew is just finishing up in Ahwatukee, they have the paint and are on there way, they’ll be there today. End of the day, no one showed up. Bill doesn’t return phone calls. Bill, I should have known.
