This place is a scam. They want you to sign an open ended contract. No dates, when the pool will be delivered, no date when it will be installed, and they want you to sign that the pool is in good shape before you even see the pool. But they want you to give 50%when you sign and 50% when they deliver, god knows when. Bad reviews all around, f rating thru the BBB. Do your research! Total scam

We had a very nice experience with Marcelo as my sales rep and Ronnie the owner .They were allways available for everything and our pool is beautiful and was installed very fast . We already built a.concrete pool before and this is a much better and stress free option

This is a fraudulent company that gets you to sign a contract, place a substantial deposit, and then keeps your deposit with no work performed. Scam!!
My wife and I signed a contract on March 23, 2019 with IGUI Pools/Florida Fiberglass Pools, owner Ronei Souza in Cutler Bay to purchase a floor model existing fiberglass pool in their storage facility and have it installed at our home. We gave them a down payment of $10,162.80 and they started the permitting process with the City of Homestead. This lasted until the end of July when after numerous denials by the City, the permitting process was put on HOLD. After numerous attempts in trying to resolve these issues, I sent IGUI pools a certified letter approximately 2 weeks ago advising them that according to our contract, if the permits were not approved or we just wanted to pull out for no reason, we would be provided our refund minus permitting expenses. I gave them until Friday October 18 to issue our refund with no response. I called the owner late Friday afternoon, and it appears he has no intention of reimbursing our deposit. He stated he has 4 other customers like me and was considering Bankruptcy. I checked online and it appears this owner has scammed people from as little as $6,000 to as much as $18,000. Contact me at 786-502-5005 Robert.

Pool's nightmare!
Is has being a terrible experience. Stay away from Igui Orlando. Everything is a mess. They promise a 10 day job and it has been almost 8 weeks and still not finished the job. Already sent a letter of compliment and I am sending a new one. No contract, bad contractor, bad job, dirty mess all over the place.
On top of that my pools has sank a bit in a corner, waiting for a solution. My screen needs to be replaced. They say they are waiting for a wired money to finish it. That makes me wonder what did they do with the money I already paid (95% of the total)?
It is frustrating. I would like to go back on time and hire one of the other companies I had asked for an estimate.

Stay away from these guys, worst contractor I ever saw.
They lied to us all the way, took our money and never built our pool.

I have been trying to get responses from these guys since AUG 2018. I have given them over $15000 in deposits and we have no pool yet as of 1/9/19. We are getting all kinds of mixed messages about why it's taking so long and now no one is even getting back to us.

WORST COMPANY IN FLORIDA! If I could give it negative stars I would. I bought a pool from this company in April and to date paid them over $13 thousand dollars. They have STOLEN over $13 thousand dollars from me and destroyed my life!!!

WORST COMPANY IN FLORIDA! If I could give it negative stars I would. I bought a pool from this company in April and to date paid them over $17 thousand dollars. They showed up to work ONE day in AUGUST where they tore apart my back yard, excavated less than a quarter of the site and never returned. WEEKS later the owner showed up after I filed a complaint with the BBB and started warning potential clients on their FB page and he guaranteed me that the pool would be done by 10/30/18. Today is 10/10/18 and no one has showed up to my home. They have STOLEN over $17 thousand dollars from me and destroyed my home!!!

WORST, WORST POOL COMPANY EVER!!!! The pool is less than two years old. The fiberglass is warping, there are cracks and the skimmer is leaking. the company does not return calls or answer emails. They are not honoring their warranty. The workers had zero clue as to how to install a pool and left us an eyesore. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY !!!!

They did a very honest work - since the quote, approval in the county and the owner came to make sure everything was on my satisfaction.
