Is this company even running anymore? If so, the WORST customer service I've ever seen for an HVAC company. Our furnace decided to kick it during the dead of winter (consecutive days of snow and below freezing temps). Not only did we call this place multiple times, multiple days in a row, and leaving messages, we even had our insurance company try calling. No answer, straight to voicemail, no response. In my past experiences, HVAC companies are usually so on the ball, especially with this brutal weather. We will have been stuck in a 50 degree apartment with no heat for over 4 days now since a new company is unable to come until tomorrow. Do not even waste your time with this company - go to someone who will act in a timely, professional manner.
