slow, missed deadlines
workers never clean up after them selves or cared what dirt they tracked around, house total mess entire project.
Spec were not professional and bath room over foot bigger then specs, so bedroom foots smaller. job not done to specs.
Only sheet rocked inside of bath room, said outside walls not in bid. Also put plumbing outside wall, stated I could build a make wall to hide it and sheet rock it myself. -
