Very dissatisfied with the service I got from Ike 360. My wife and I bought a house and he was the contractor that we used for inspection repairs. He gave us a quote and a list and we said yes. Once they “completed” the list my wife asked for someone to send over a punch list of everything that was done or for someone to come walk the property and he did not give us one. He just simply said “all of it” two days later. The worst of it all was the second day the contractors were out HALF the power in our home went out. We contacted them about this and Dan sent a tech out. They couldn’t find anything. But tell me how our whole house had power but they day they were there under the crawl space half the power quit working in our home? Dan even said on the phone to us that when the techs were out under the house the power quit working. Dan tried to tell me he would pay for the expenses and help us after I had to call and make it known I was upset. We had a different company come out to look at the power and they even said someone had to have crushed a wire under the crawl space because the wiring is only two years old. I told Dan this information and he was nothing but sarcastic and unhelpful. Sad that we had to pay an extra $2,600 to repair a electrical issue that was not an issue until Dan and his crew was onsite. He even said if I wrote a bad review about this he would take legal action. Wow. My wife and I do not recommend this company.

If there was a zero star rating we would use that. One star is far too generous. He left our house a mess. Did not do half of what he said he would do. Left debris and dust everywhere- put a hole in our garage ceiling - pretty much the worst experience imaginable. If you see him coming - run like the wind. And if your real estate agent recommends him - just say no.
Response from Ike 360 Inc August 15, 2023After 26 years in Charlotte working for over 50 realtors, this is a first for me. I normally would not comment on this sort of thing and as you can see, I’ve never had to. Not only did we complete multiple major projects within a very tight timeframe accommodating their relocation, we also wound up redoing work from other contractors they had brought in. There was a leak in the laundry room above the garage that was fixed within minutes. Drywall patch created minor dust. Their belongings were in the garage with zero damage to any of their property. Multiple major projects completed with only one specific complaint. Hole in ceiling from laundry leak and dust from 24” patch. We can offer many references from homeowners and our 50+ realtor base. 4.5 Pinocchio’s for Nick.

I hired this contractor to rebuild my deck. When job was completed the railings were unstable. He assured me he would come back to fix them. He did not come back and would not respond when I tried to reach him. I ended up hiring someone else to fix his mistake. Unprofessional and dishonest.
