  Replacing kitchen faucet

  Chris is a wonderful professional full of commitment and dedication. Our kitchen faucet was broken on Friday evening and Chris was so kind to send Eric on the weekend who replaced the new faucet in a perfectly professional manner. Our family is 100% satisfied with Chris and Eric in their professional services. Much appreciated, and strongly recommended IKE Plumbing!

  Fix bathroom sinks

  $400

  We had a terrible clog in our bathroom sink. It wasn't an emergency situation, but Chris arrived to provide a quote promptly after being contacted. Mark & Eric came out within a couple of days. They were very courteous and thorough in their work and installation of new pvc pipes (which were not desperately needed but, because the pipes were old, we thought replacement would be best). I'm happy to have the confidence to not only use them in the future but also recommend them to anyone needing their service.

  My experience working with Chris from IKE was fantastic. He listened to what I want to do and he and his guys did a GREAT job. They were on time and cleaned up the work area. I would highly recommend IKE to all of my friends.

  Plumbing leak

  Ike was awesome to deal with, he is a professional and someone who cares about the job and doing it right. I had several issues which he correced and took the time to explain what was the cause of my problem. Highly recommended using him, i will again should i ever have an issue again.

  Chris was at our house to install a new well tank and inspect our sump pump. While doing so, he broke our sump pump and left for the day. Shortly after he left, we heard a strange sound from the basement. Turns out, we were about to be flooded. Sump pump (which had been fully functional earlier that day and throughout a Nor'easter a week previous) was now broken. We called Chris to tell him we were about to be flooded as sump pump was now broken. He said he had bumped it earlier and it was squirting everywhere, but he thought he had fixed it before he left. He came back to our house that night and put in a new (VERY LOUD) sump pump. He then charged us for the new sump pump and labor to install it even though he was the one that had broken the sump pump! Additionally, during his initial visit, he was supposed to fix an external hose bib. He charged us for the fix, but the very first time we turned the hose on after his visit, it was leaking horribly just as it had been before he supposedly fixed it! I do not recommend this business.
