    Major renovation - Kitchen
    $90,000

    I have worked with Ikeda Home for 2 years and two houses. Akiko have done an amazing job, as she pays attention to details and is my trusted on site point of contact. I live out of state, and have only been able to get these properties up and running with her support. For the two projects, here are some details:
    1/ Downers Grove - major renovation from a damaged property. Scope includes kitchen, flooring, walls, doors, windows, and many other minor fixes. She made it like a new home. You can visit her site for the pictures, they are amazing.
    2/ Glendale Heights - fixes and updates. I can leave the properties into her hands and Akiko would help identify and recommend what needs to happen to get it rental ready. What was also amazing was that she handled all the major buracricies with the village, and there were many from the village. Also, she would find cost saving opportunities to make it more cost effective.
    I high recommend Ikdea Home as my trusted General Contract solution in Chicago.
