This company does not fulfill its promise as to when they will do the work. The owner does not show professionalism. Please make sure that you sign a contract with this company before having them do any work for you, because if you don't you might have to wait a lifetime to get the work done.

VERY Satisfied Customer who did have George Iliria pull 3 permits in West Bloomfield Twp. (notoriously difficult Twp.), Oakland County Road Commission and EPA (we live on a main road with lakefront property. My driveway is 5,000+ sq. ft. George met with me twice over 5 years of researching concrete companies. Wasn't cheapest; wasn't most expensive. He and his team did an exceptional job! I did sign a contract - he didn't charge for 2 changes, or extras I asked for. I did wait - but the good contractors in demand usually are. George was communicative calls and texts, he stays onsite to observe all work, arrived early each day, aside from one week rain delay, the job was finished under 3 weeks. I recommended him to my boss for commercial job in Aub Hills. Oh, the Twp. Inspector inspected George from a Gov't job in Indiana from Service days. Glad to see him in MI still performing excellent work. Yep, I trust him. Amy. :)
