Underground water main ruptured at single family residence: Jayson was fast to inspect property and offer bid and collect 50% deposit. He did not show up first day. He did not call for #811 underground pipe locate inspection. He hit water main with backhoe and broke water meter. He only connected water main to water softener. He did not connect from water softener to water main for house. It took him 4 days for a project that he said would be finished in 1.5 days. Had to hire another plumber to finish hooking-up water main to house. Would never use again.
