My job was started months ago, and all throughout the process, Scott has been AWOL. I could not have had worse communication. I naively handed over the final check with Scott's promise that the work would be completed, but alas, it's now been two months and Scott is now evading my calls and refusing to help when he has rarely answered. It now looks like he's gone as far as blocking my number from both his office phone and his cell. My vinyl floors are truly messed up. They are bulging up from the floor and sound like they're are about to snap when walked on. Hiring Scott and IRC was the worst mistake I made this year. Do NOT trust this man/company.
