    Full build out of a residential home 7000sqft.
    $899,000

    We purchased a property in Houston and completely tore it down to rebuild from the ground up. I chose The IM Group because of their excellent communication and impressive past projects. We built a 7,000 sq. ft. home with 12 bathrooms, which was a massive and challenging project. While it was stressful at times, The IM Group kept us reassured throughout the process and handled everything, including permits, seamlessly.

    Having an interior designer on board made a huge difference, and their general contracting expertise was an added bonus. We’re beyond thrilled with how our home turned out, it’s truly our dream home! Highly recommend!
