    Horrible!!!! The owner Brandon Glanzer, in my opinion, is a thief and a liar. He started work on our house in September with the promise that it would be finished by Thanksgiving. Well needless to say that didn't happen so we were given a promise to be finished by Christmas. Well....that didn't happen either. These promises were made in 2016 and now we're in April of 2017 and still can't live in our house because we made the mistake of trusting Brandon Glanzer with our dreams that he has through his lack of leadership,business ethics and seems to be inexperience single handedly turned our dream into a nightmare. In my opinion Brandon Glanzer is NOT a general contractor. I can count on both hands the number of times that he has been to our house to do ANYTHING from September 2016 to April 2017. Now that we have given him almost $86,000 , which is over the contracted $82,500 , we have been told by BRANDON GLANZER that he will not finish work on our house because we owe him more money for his shoddy work. He hired a man to do tile in our house that ended up camping out and doing drugs when he was supposed to be working! He has had to tear up and redo work over and over because he apparently doesn't screen his workers very well. If you want to get a job done and done right DO NOT HIRE IMPACT CONTRACTING !! If you hear the name BRANDON GLANZER run!!!
