I have called 4 times to get someone to call me so that I can get plants planted around my generator so I can pass the inspection. I told the person on the phone on the first call that I had to do this ASAP. On the 4th call today she told me that the person was on a call and would call me right back. It's been over 3 hours and I have not had a call back. Now I only have 1 1/2 weeks to get this done.

Impact does the landscaping in my community, so I assumed they would be a good company to use for additional landscaping. I was wrong. Out of the 10 plants they planted along the lake side of my patio, 3 are completely dead and 2 are at deaths door. What’s more disappointing is the lousy customer service. I was told by Tarren (sales guy) they would warrant the plants for 3 months if anything were to happen. I started calling at month 2 when I noticed these plants weren’t doing well and all I’ve gotten is the run around. They assure you that someone will call back, but they never do. Stay away from these guys. They obviously don’t stand behind their work or care about their customers. Another landscaper told me the plants likely died because they plant on top of clay instead of using an adequate amount of soil.
