    I highly recommend Alex and his crew, they are all very professional, helpful and easy to work with. They did our kitchen and bathroom remodel and updated our floors as well. We will definitely use them for our next home remodeling project.

    I took the leap with Alex and his workers very skeptically after experiencing costly headaches with other contractors. My wife and I were both adamant before signing the contract, We had a “vision” for our living room and would not settle for anything less than that vision. Though there were few roadblocks and “some” changes from us, we can honestly say Alex turned our vision into reality.

    These guys are extremely professional from the free estimate to actual remodeling and final touches. We very pleased with the end-result. We love our new living area! It came out better than we could of ever imagine

    Verified Hire
    Seismic Retrofit project

    The contractors were very nice and very quick with phone calls and answering questions. I don't think they have had much experience with an earthquake retrofit and seemed to view this project as a basement remodel with shear wall and rebar. They had some problems following the independent structural engineer's plans that I had done prior to hiring them and they ended up getting their own engineer. They had several teams of workers who were doing different jobs and not always communicating with the contractor but doing what they thought should be done.
    All in all I was satisfied with the work that was done and I now feel safe in my house especially since I am less than a mile from the Hayward fault.

    Considered for Flooring Install & Interior Painting

    Alex was responsive and got information to quote, but was too high. His target market is the Bay Area and I got the impression he was not really interested in looking to do the work at a competitive price.
