Impact Roofing

I would not recommend this company. Two weeks after putting up my roof a part of my roof came down. I call and spoke to the owner and he said send him a picture and he would send someone out the same day. After five days no one came. I call several times and left several massages and got no answer. I am not to surprise because they tried to charge me a extra 700$ after the work was completed. I ended up having to pay someone else to fix it.

I highly recommend Keny and his crew from impact roofing, he set up a time to meet with insurance and get us approve. He was here on time and I would highly recommend him to anybody. His professional and on time.

This company does not deserve the 1 star i have to give. Keny sanchez the owner has told me so many lies i have lost track of them. He never finished his work and damage my house when repairing the roof and refuses to pay for the cost. refuses to return my calls or speak with me.I wish i had read the reveiws on this horrible company before i hired them. Their is a reason it has a F rating on BBB. STAY FAR AWAY!!

My home was hit by the big hail storm in early March. My poor roof took a serious licking. Kenny came out the same day I called him to inspect the damage. He personally met with the claims adjuster to point out all damaged areas. Once the claim was approved my new (better quality I might add) roof was completely installed the next day! He even replaced both of my sky lights!! The last reason why I feel you should choose Impact Roofing is because they did a great job of cleaning up (even mess they didn't make... lol)!! I would highly recommend Kenny and his team for your roofing needs.

I would recommend him based on below 9 facts: 1) Keny responded the call within 2 rings of the phone and 2) showed up within 1.5 hour to inspect the roof, 3) temporarily repaired the roof the same day so no rain is coming in while we wait for the new roof. 4) He met with the claim adjuster and pointed out damages from big to small. 5) He pulled permits the same day. 6) did the job based on city building codes. 7) He walked thru and explained the steps clearly, so there are no surprises. 8) New roof was installed within 1 day and garbage was cleaned up. 9) His team took care of the exterior and interior drywall/mud/prime/paint as well. All in all, I would recommend Keny and his team to others.

First time home buyer here. Had a major hail storm, and our poor house had suffered pretty decent damage. Kenny was very professional, repaired our roof, siding, gutters, and window screens, all in a week! Good quality work! Most important - gave us better than any other company had. Keny and his crew were efficient in getting our roof done. They started on a Saturday morning in August 2016 and were finished that afternoon. It even started raining hard, and they worked in spite of the rain to get it done by the end of the day. Our roof looked great when the job was finished. Keny is also willing to work with you financially.

Impact Roofing repaires and replaces roof's on all my real estate homes. When I have any roofing issue I know I can call Kenny and he will come out immediately and inspect for damages, meet with the insurance adjuster and get the work completed in a timely manner. I would like to thank impact roofing for such a great job on my roof. They were very professional and didn't ask for money upfront. Payment was made after work was complete. I really appreciate the clean up of everything after the work was complete because I have small children and they were able to play outside the same day!

Kenny met with my insurance adjuster on a Saturday and was able to get a new roof approved due to hail damage. Two other companies looked at my roof and said I didn't have any hail damage. His crew worked hard for three days until the work was completed. I had a few minor problems, but Kenny took care of them.

I would highly recommend Impact Roofing because they are professionals and they help me save some money on my repairs, I call guy roofing first and they wanted to charge me $2500 dollars more then impact roofing. I like that you don't have to pay no money upfront they do the job then you pay them.

Kenny is a hard working young go getter. He had his crew remove my 26 square roof and have it replaced in a day and a half. Reasonable price for quality work.

I would highly recommend Keny sanchez because he is a professional at what he does, insurance company paid for my roof to be done a friend recommend keny to me, He came out, i told him insurance paid for the roof he said he could do it, he scheduled me in for september 15, 2015, he was at my house at 7 a clock in the morning on time with his crew and materials, they did my roof in one day, and the clean up was excellent, his a young man with a good heart willing to help people.
