Nadine M. I have an older home. My main bathroom was straight out of the seventies with blue subway tiles, old fashion tub and a window with a awkward view of my TV room. During my initial consult with Mr. Williams, he was very attentive and listened to my vision for updating my bathroom. He offered excellent suggestions for the high end materials I wanted. Mr. Williams communicated with me throughout the entire process. The end result is a beautiful, modern bathroom will glass tiled walls. Hugh waterfall shower head, and intricate stone work. They got rid of the useless window and replaced it with a beautiful stone inlet wear I can display some of my favorite things. Mr Williams and his team truly represented their company name because my bathroom is “Impeccably Gorgeous”!!!

I purchased the 1st new construction home Mr. WIlliams with Impeccable Construction built. I have had issues with the quality and workmanship that have gone unresolved. I have spent 7 months trying to get repairs done. I have drywall issues in a brand new home in the Master Bath, Master Bedroom, Living room and kitchen. I have had 3 different contractors out here and was told the surface was not prepared properly which is causing the drywall tape to fall. There is a horrible smell coming from the vents around my home. Mr. Williams had a plumber come out and his plumber told me the smell was sewer gas coming from the attic and needed repair. The home closed 09/11/2019 and today is 04/05/2020 and I am still waiting for that to be resolved. I paid $180,000 for a brand new home and the builder has not stood behind it. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!! If Mr. Williams stands behind his word of taking care of issues I will gladly update my review

The company completed a couple of small but significant projects around the home in 2019 with quality work that looks as good today as when first completed. We contracted with Impeccable Construction to renovate our master bathroom in the spring of 2021 without hesitation. The job required demo, updates to plumbing, building out a zero step-in shower floor, tile installation, installing a light fixture, replacing the double sink vanity, installing wallpaper and more. All trades employed were very professional and did outstanding work. Mr. Williams communicated in a timely manner and oversaw all concerns and changes promptly. We are 100 percent pleased with the final product and look forward to enjoying the bathroom for years to come.
