Ordered a transformer personally on phone from Mike, the owner, gave cc info. He said he would ship later that day and get me the shipping info by next day. Never heard anything so started calling, got recordings. Days later got call from an employee saying my order would be processed. Nothing, made more calls to a recording. I need the. Item so my last message to them said Id go to cc co. To get $ back. Something is wrong at that company but I have no idea what, just want my $ back.
