We contacted Jason for a kitchen remodel. We were surprised to find that his company created the look we wanted and was under budget! No corners were skipped. Jason spent time with the overview of our project and has a great team.
We have since referred Imperial development to our friends and a realtor.

Not a good experience with this General Contractor. Had Mr. McLendon, a rather egotistical man, help me with a bathroom renovation. Needless to say it didnt go well. He may be licensed but not capable of actually performing the work. If you really need someone to supervise your project then maybe but my dog can do that! Make sure you hire someone who specifically has experience doing the steps necessary to complete your renovation. Good luck out there and watch who you hire!

Before you hire Jason McLendon, a "developer" aka general contractor please do your research!!! Mr. McLendon started out as a pressure washer after playing basketball on a scholarship which he freely admits was spent consuming beer. He shortly thereafter declared his first bankruptcy. He then got involved with some other real estate partners and accumulated $18 million in liabilities - he then declared his second bankruptcy - he was sued by no less than 5 banks. I was almost going to use his services before my bank told me "He is nor ever will he be an approved general contractor". Stay away and save your money!
