150 sq ft breezeway (and he could not handle that)
    $1,400

BUYER BEWARE, this contractor does NOT have quality workmanship, ethics, or take pride in his word or work.

Not only does he made promises he is unable to deliver upon, he lacks general communication and etiquette skills.
Example, calls to confirm times and dates for the job and there is no call no show, and only the excuse "he didn't feel like it today".

Alex also lacks the attention to detail and the ability to accept accountability. Example: Upon inspection of the uncompleted work hours later it was obvious that the tile color was incorrect. Alex was notified immediately an lied about the color name on the box, and refused to complete to demo out the unwanted tile.

On top of the general poor management of job. His workmanship was horrific. He used sharp metal of the the edge of the stairs as a lip and did not know how to complete 45 degree angle to prevent sharp edges. He chipped tiles when he laid them, he did not use spacers to align the tile pattern, and during the demo it was found that he did not even use a proper adhesive. The tile was able to be pulled up from the concrete floor in 15 min.
