Fair warning to anyone who does business with this company. Encore Delivery and Imperial Foundation Repair is owned by Taylor Yates. He took a job in Whitesboro, TX to do foundation repair, build a shop and put in a gravel drivewuay. While he did finish the foundation and build the shop, he did not complete the gravel drive. He took partial payment for the job, then when it came time to put down the gravel, he gave an excuse about needing the money for the gravel. A check was sent to him to finish paying for the job. The job was to be completed over a year ago. Taylor has given multiple excuses for why the job can not be finished. He stated at one time, he had Covid, Then later the excuse was that his foreman had covid. After all of that he complained that the job was too far away and it was going to cost him more money, so he was going to wait until he had a crew in the area. The last time he spoke to anyone he stated that he was going to get it done. That was over 6 months ago. This has been dragging out for over a year now. This guy is took advantage of a retiree and should be ashamed of himself. We are to the point now, that the next step is going to be to contact an attorney.
