    Great company and even great service! They sent out a technician an hour after I called to schedule an appointment. I called several companies before I called Imperial and they all wanted to charge me $50 service call! Ridiculous. Sam told me that a technician would be able to come out free of charge. Technician recommended replacing my motor. He replaced it in about an hour and a half and was very polite and professional.

    Staff was very polite and got me a quote fast. Other companies needed a second site visit or a week to order parts. Imperial got the parts, scheduled the new door installation, and completed the install all within 72 hours. Big thumbs up!
