Built a home in Chestnut Hill Plantation in 2015. Took 1 year to build, when ws scheduled to take 4 months. Was only completed because the woman who was buying the home had her brother do repairs (replace subflooring because house sat with no roof). Foundation was never poured. Only concrete powder, then waited on rain to mix it. Well then there was a torrential downpour for days, so that foundation is not much of one without proper water to concrete ratios. It you want a very poorly constructed home, use Imperial.
