Fair Warning to anyone thinking about hiring Mark Harper. We had problems from the start and they snowballed to sexual harassment and fraud. This man has been a nightmare and is known in our area as a sociopath. Too bad we were not forewarned.

Our experience with Mark Harper was a total nightmare - Avoid all contact with this person - Seems personable at first, then watch your back. Be very observant of any cost plus contract - watch for fraud. Many families in our area see this man as out of control and possibly dangerous.
