Built an addition to the backside of the detached garage. Tom helped through the painful process of getting the city on board and guided the project from conception to completion with achieving our goals. They went the extra mile to fix anything else related to our garage project. They were timely, polite, hard working, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They were very efficient and worried about the little details being done correctly. Tom was open and had constant communication. When we got to points past his expertise, he knew who to contact to fix the problem reasonably. We can’t say enough good things about them or their work.

Tom at Imperium Consytuction was a pleasure to work with. He constantly sought. My opinion. When choices had to be made and offered his suggestions backed by his knowledge and experience- The finished product exceeded my expectations; I love it. I would hire Imperium in a heartbeat the next time I need a contractor-

Hire this company! We needed a laundry room created on the first floor, instead of being in the basement. Tom did an excellent job, was very responsive to us and went out of his way to make sure my wife was happy. Too often, men only listen to men, but Tom was sensitive to the fact that I am more outgoing and readily express my opinion, whereas my wife is much more subtle, so we both truly appreciated that he listened to both of us. I said something like, "That sounds like the best option", and when my wife left Tom said something like, "I want to make sure your wife wants that option and it did not seem like she was sure even though she did not say so." WOW, I was so appreciative of him feeling the freedom to say that to me! Turns out he was correct, after I took the time to check with my wife, which I should have done without making the final decision! Tom did 99% of the work himself and is a perfectionist.

I can only start with WOW! Tom was amazing. For initial contact to the end of the project he was amazing. I can truly say I have never had a more pleasurable experience with a project and a contractor. Tom was on site everyday at 8:00 and did the work himself with his team. How many contractors have your worked with that actually do the work themselves vs sending some dudes to your house who you never met before? Tom did exceptional work on our bathroom remodel. tile work was excellent and he was very patient with changes along the way. Tom initially thought the project would take about 10 days. It only took 8. Under promised and over delivered! Tom and his team cleaned each day as they went, they had clearly done this before as they moved through each phase of the project like a well oiled machine. I can't say enough good things. I will defiantly hire Tom again and I am highly recommending him to friends and family. One last thing I want to mention. Whenever you hire a contractor you never know what you are getting until the project starts, hire Tom and rest easy.

In fall of 2020 I hired Imperium construction llc to construct a 2nd garage. Tom and crew did a fantastic job and in a timely manner. Tom was very knowledgeable and offered much advice in regards to the building and appearance. It came out better than I ever thought. I love it and enjoy it working in it. Thanks again Tom and crew

We had been dreaming of a kitchen remodel for awhile and were apprehensive about hiring a contractor after a really bad experience with another project we had a year before. We interviewed 3 different contractors and choose Imperium after seeing his work at a neighbors home. It was quite a project as we had to move out of our first floor and into our basement. Tom and his crew worked very hard and showed up every day. Tom truly had our best interests at heart and tried to be the least disruptive as possible. He was also very flexible when we asked him to do additional items. Imperium Construction did not disappoint and we highly recommend them. In fact, we plan on having Tom come back soon to complete our bathrooms soon.

We are thrilled with the completed addition and renovation of our kitchen and bathrooms. Toms careful attention to detail is much appreciated. When people visit, they are so impressed with what a great job he did. The fireplace surround is gorgeous!
As important as the finished work was what a pleasure it was to work with Tom. His professionalism and kind demeanor were so appreciated. It’s a challenge to live in a home undergoing this kind of work but he and his guys were always extremely polite and as unobtrusive as possible.

I would absolutely recommend Imperium Construction to anyone looking for a top notch home improvement contractor! Thomas and his crew built a beautiful two car garage for us in a very timely and efficient manner. Thomas was able to design our new garage in a way that both reflected the lines of our existing 90 year old 'kit' house and fit into tight property line clearance requirements. Thomas and his crew are all highly skilled craftsmen. All are courteous and conscientious on the job site and always had time for my questions. We are very happy with the finished results of this endeavour.

We had a roughly 310 sq ft second story addition (I may be a little off) done by Imperium. It turned out great, and we are very happy with the end result. The addition has a 13.4 x 12.5 bedroom, a bathroom, and walk in closet. We didn’t have much room to work with for the bathroom and closet, but they were able to make them feel spacious. The bathroom looks amazing. We also had them do the roof of the house and garage, and they did a great job. We worked primarily with Thomas and he is very respectable and communicates whenever changes or delays are needed. I would highly recommend Imperium for house additions or anything else they offer.

Highly recommended. Tom stepped in and took care of a porch railing and stair railing installation after I had problems with 2 other contractors. His work is excellent, and he worked with me to keep me within my budget. He made sure I understood what was going on with the install. He is polite, professional and, as mentioned, his work is excellent. I am very pleased with the results.

It was a pleasure working with Imperium Construction. I would highly recommend them. They were done on schedule and on budget. They arrived everyday on time and worked the entire day. Great design skills. I can't say enough about them.

Tom is the best contractor we have worked with by far! And we have worked with quite a few. My husband and I feel so lucky to have been referred to him and will not use anyone else for our home improvement projects. He is easy to contact, finishes on time and budget, impeccable work and is overall a great person! We would highly recommend him.
