Sketchy and untrustworthy. We hired an electrician who claimed to be the owner of this business who lied to us about obtaining necessary permits for work on our home. When asked about license #s and information, we were given this company's information. Ultimately, the contractor failed to finish the work on our property and we had to hire another electrician to get the work done in time. We were very patient and gave multiple extensions and budget increases, turns out the contractor (representing this company) took advantage of our reasonableness and understanding, causing our family a lot of stress as we were preparing to move to another country. I would be extremely weary of this business given our experience. It was clear we were lied to every step of the way, from licensing information to claims of pulling required permits. There were many times, at least 10 times, where the electrician did not show up or even call to say he couldn't show up to scheduled work times. Extremely frustrating, disrespectful and unprofessional as we had cleared our schedules to be home.
