    Pavers -front walk-up, side and patio

    Our entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Impress construction -Carlos responded to my Angi request for pavers the same day. He came out to quote and arrived a few minutes early. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything from the job to the cost. He brought books so I can give him an idea of what I wanted. We worked on the design. The next day he went to the supplier for actual samples. The first set of samples were perfect. He drew the design for me on how it would look. Within 3 days the job started. His crew was awesome. Here by 9am, took one break for lunch and worked until they could not see anymore. The final results are beautiful. We are extremely happy. Everyone in our neighborhood is complementing the job.

    Pedro hired a project manager that I don't believe was certified to handle this job. It got complete, but the quality of some of the finishes were bad. Crooked switches, missing paint, uneven cooling of hvac, concrete left unsealed and no pest control was done to conclude construction as requested. Do not use Impress construction for any work.

    We did some sub-contract work for impress construction on one of the units they were remodeling. After the job was finished to completion they refused to pay us. They said it was because the home owners did not pay them, but we later found out that was a lie. If they cannot pay their sub-contractors I would advise staying away from them. They obviously do not know how to run a construction project let alone a business.

    In December 2014 I contracted with Impress to do a complete removal and then paver installation of my very large circular driveway. Carlos was very accommodating and responsive initially. Although his bid was the highest I received, i decided to hire Impress because he seemed eager and honest. The job was done in a timely and efficient manner and the workmanship was OK.
    However, there are some finishing touches that were never completed and my multiple calls, texts and emails have gone ignored. Specifically, portions of the driveway were not properly sealed and the pavers are now turning white. There are portions of the front porch that were not sealed at all. He also needed to trim excess concrete from the edges of the driveway which right now looks very sloppy, with white concrete appearing to drip out from the edges of this beautiful brown paver driveway. Very frustrating because he will not answer messages.
    I made the mistake of paying in full before he completed these relatively minor items and he has now disappeared. Hard to believe that a high end luxury contractor who charges top dollar would avoid doing these easily resolved items in order to make his customer totally happy and satisfied. Im baffled.
