Hired to do a refinishing job. I contacted the company 1 day after floors were completed in regards to touch ups needed. I was questioned, why I didn't see this right away, before the crew left. Which was impossible as I could not walk on floors for rest of evening. Several spots were not sanded properly, buff like wheel marks all over, the hallway is absolutely tore up looking, especially when natural light hits it. Another area a nice size chuck of wood missing. I did find it odd I was advised to give a 5 star rating before the job was completed. Still have not heard back in regards to touch ups. Some areas turned out nice. This isn't good workmanship, a hack job! At this point I definitely would NOT recommend. They keep removing my review. They take your money and ruin floors.. awful! No inspection, no call back. Worst experience!
