STAY AWAY! We hired Josh, In and Out Plubming to do the plumbing on a new construction. We didn't make it past the sewer pre slab work. After the initial install, the system had 8 leaks and failed inspection. Josh was not on site when the pipes were put together and his helper (not licensed) did not ensure the pipes were fully seated as the glue dried. I called Josh to inform him of the failure, and Josh sent another person out (not licensed) to repair the leaking joints. After this, there were still four leaks. After this, I expressed my concerns with the entire system and how it would have more failures as settling and concrete were added. Josh, the inspector, and I all agreed the way forward was to replace the whole system. Josh took his sweet time to get back out there and never replaced the system. Instead, he just slapped glue on the leaking joints, resulting in two leaks still being present. Josh never passed a proper inspection, and I ended up firing him. Upon removing the pipe with the second plumber, we discovered many more issues with existing joints that would have failed if left under the slab. Later Josh put a lien on the property, which we ended up having removed. I am in the process of filing a complaint against his license because he gives plumbers a bad name and does not care about quality. STAY AWAY!
