When I hired Albert, he seemed very trustworthy. The initial estimate for the work was very reasonable and he quoted that it would take approximately 1 month. I paid him half of the cost up front and he gradually asked for more and more money. 3 months later and we are now going to court.
He has a record of not taking the job seriously, showing up very late to work, and skipping days without notice. Albert is a very nice man, but I don't think he can handle large jobs.
