My step mom Linda W. had contacted Tom this morning and was fortunate to be able to get an appt. today to take a look at her electrical issue. Tom was on time and advised Linda of her electrical problem fixed it and took the liberty to replace 2 other electrical parts she would eventually need to replace at no additional charge and to Linda's surprise it was cheaper than she was worried it may be.
