Josh and Ashley are not to be trusted! They may seem like they know what they are doing and will paint you a rosy picture but don't drink the Kool-Aid. It's all nothing more than a sales pitch. Once they get your money it will become increasingly more difficult to get a straight answer from anyone in the office. And communication will almost stop entirely especially if you have a problem. Don't expect them to be care because they don't.
We signed a contract in June of 2021 to have a fiberglass inground pool installed. We were told it would started Nov/Dec of 2021 and would take 2 weeks to complete. After 5 delays with no explanation given the pool was started in the middle of May and then only after complaining. It is now Aug of 2022 and still not complete. Every appointment for work was missed and had to be rescheduled some multiple times. The concrete crews was drinking on the job and left the empties in my yard, The concrete was done by a crew that does not know what they are doing. One corner floods when it rains because they used no levels and string lines when laying out the forms. Travertine was installed with no spaces for grout (1/8 min standard) so now the edges will chip over time. Lots of broken tiles and missing grout. Mastic used to attach travertine is falling into the pool.
They backed a truck into my house and they have yet to fix it. They never did any quality control during the process and communication was minimal at best if any at all. They never called when having to reschedule, they would just not show up. Indigo Polls and the owners are not in this for the long run. This will be a flash in the pan company and be gone before you know it. Most of the reviews on google are fake and are current or former employees (Wes) and friends who have not had work done by them.
You have been warned. Use them at your own risk. We are now collecting information and talking with others who have been victimized by these crooks to file multiple lawsuits
