    Furnace issues

    I cannot say anything negative about the Indoor comfort employees, Murphy/Murph, very approachable, however, there is an issue with a Trane furnace, installed about 8 years ago. A year after, went completely OUT, no heat whatsoever, a technician came over, replaced a defective part, problem solved that was until the following winter, when same problem all over again. Guess what same issue two years later, and now Nov24/23 same damn problem, and not one to have to resolve and repair (again) this issue. Very disappointed and upset with that furnace, that in my opinion is a piece of junk.

    Quick Response and Professional. We have used Indoor Comfort Team for many years. We even used them to replace our furnace and air conditioner six years ago. They come out twice a year to check our system and provide service as needed. They are always on time clean and efficient in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing work done on their heat and air systems or looking for a new system

    I had a great experience with Indoor Comfort Team. We needed to upgrade our heating system. The service technician that came out was Mike and he was wonderful! He took the time to answer all of our questions. We had received quotes from other local companies and all were much more $. The installation was quick and the installers were very courteous
