    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They do not work with people to get problems taken care of. They hide behind their receptionist when a problem arises. They do NOT stand behind their work, and will not talk to get to a resolution. They just want you to go to your insurance so you have to pay a deductible instead of working with you to go after Duke, if it was actually Dukes fault. You say you have paperwork stating it's Dukes fault... but won't work with me to help get my things taken care of. Great way to run a company. Poor customer service, poor owners won't even speak to customers. DO NOT USE!!!!

    I got Indys finest fence through Lowes. The worst experience. Had to wait for 6wks, then 3 days later Lowes calls to see if I was satisfied & the job was only 1/2 done. Lowes had to call to get them to finish. Iv talked to Lowes at least 3 to 3 times a month to get this shoddy work fixed. The fence has gaps in the fencing itself. The fence is anywhere from 1 to ^inches off the ground. I have to put up barriers with brick so my dogs don't get out. The back of the fence is leaning so bad my neighbors are afraid to mow near it for fear it will fall. So I have to mow a 3ft strip down the outside of the fence. The side of the fence is leaning so bad that there are scrape marks on my siding. Now lets talk about their honesty. On my first complaint, through Lowes, was about the height difference all around the yard & piles of dirt that was supposed to be spread out. Supposedly they came out & reported to Lowes that everything is fine. Well they never knocked on my door or even called ahead so I could show them what I was talking about. The funny thing about it is that the gate couldn't open the gate more than 5 inches because of the dirt pile they left. The examples of the lack of honesty is a vey long list.

    NO ETHICS OR INTEGRITY!!! The owner, Rocky Morton, does NOT hold true to his word. He also was contracted to install my fence thru Loews and tells me "I don't like the quality of that fencing" .....really!?!?! My fencing has been in my driveway waiting to be installed for 2 weeks!!! Loews continues to provide Indys Finest (funny name lol) with work???
