We bought a house In August 2014 which Infinite Aqua, LLC had resurfaced the pool. The pool has been leaking the water and we called them to come out, under warranty, to check where the leak is coming from. They gave us an appointment for Christmas Eve. According to them, the appointment was between 12-2 pm; when I had called them for the service, I was told between 12-1 pm. I called them at 1:15 and was then informed that the appointment was between 12-1 and that he (Chris) was finishing up a call and would be at our house next. After having waited for 3 1/2 hours, no one showed up. We still weren't living in the house, so this was an inconvenience, especially since it was Christmas Eve. We then tried for days to contact them again and our calls were not returned. My Husband called them from another number , to which he (Chris) did answer, and scheduled an appointment for December 29th. He asked us to fill the pool so that he could check it and he never showed up on the 29th either. Our warranty with them will soon be up and I guess he is waiting it out so that we will not be covered by their "warranty" for this repair. I would give them a -5 stars if there were such a thing for their lack of customer service and professionalism.
