Day labor move small pavers into a stack
    $650

Hired Mauricio as day labor to move 8 inch x 4 inch pavers to the back of a newly purchased property. 1 day work tops. 3 half days later he wasn't finished. Other reviewers are correct. He milks the job, argues about heat or rain then doesn't show up for work. When he failed to show up at our agreed upon time, he explained that he was in "Air-conditioned Starbucks all morning". Then his true colors come out. Swearing, he tried to hustle and extort extra money for gas and I'll quote his text: "I want a few hundred extra" -or he would report the property to the City of West Palm Building Department for having a 1972 shed out back that may or may not be permitted. Using his GC licence to threaten anyone for “Extra money” or immigration status is extortion. Many reviewers have similar experiences with this hustler, he's been reported to the State. Threatening people with immigration or code then demanding “Extra money” is disgusting. Beware.

    small library for my father
    $6,000

The worst contractor of ALL time. The guy did not do more than 20% of the job before he asked for the remaining payment. Mind you, he did not work one day over 3 hours. Spent hours at what he claims was "Home Depot" buying supplies. The work he actually did do is worse than my 78 year old dad could have done himself. I can not believe this guy has a business. After he was refused the remaining 50% he proceeded with threats about immigration (even though I'm American:) and other threats about inspectors. safe to say we had a heated exchange the night he decided to screw us. The guy is EXTREMLY unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE. he will not complete the job, He WILL NOT show up half the time, HE WILL take your money. SUPER unprofessional. Now I know he will respond similarly to how he does below, this guy seems to have an excuse for everything. ASK yourself, do you see one positive review on him? NO, you don't. STAY AWAY.

    Kitchen Remodel
    $0

Found Infinity Construction (JC) through craigslist. We were looking for someone to help remodel our kitchen, and wanted to make sure to hire a license contractor to do the work.

Our first contact was Jan 3, and videos were sent over going over the scope of the work. Jan 24, was the first time JC was able to come take a look at the work on site.

We never got any number on how much any of the work would cost until Feb 3. were we got a first quote of 4K to remove 500sqft of drywall. Not even remove the studs, just to remove drywall and cabinets to see if this wall was load bearing. Feb 4. we got on a call to try and get a better idea of the costs, we were quickly realizing how expensive this job was going to be. The removal of the drywall was now 5K (10% of our total budget), with another 7K quoted to remove the studs, none of this would include any architectural drawings required, or beams which would have to be installed.

The next day, Feb 5, we let JC respectfully know that we will unfortunately have to take some time to reconsider the scope of the work in regards to our budget and that we will have to wait to move forward so that the job can be done without compromising in the design.

This is where JC shows his true colors, saying how this was "unbelievable", that we were "ready and willing" to proceed, even though it was stipulated that nothing in the house was to be touched until we had agreed on a quote. He will curse you out and call you "liars and deceivers" without having any form of contract in place, simply for not agreeing with his egregious prices. He will then threaten legal action against you for "wasting his time", and he will make sure to go out of his way and report your property for anything he can come up with.

We had no problem with JC, he is allowed to charge what he feels is reasonable for his services. It was not until the accusations, insults and threats started.
We have all the WhatsApp messages he sent backed up, even the ones which he deleted.
There are other reviews just like this one for Infinity Construction, LLC so don't just take our word for it.
I recommend you stay far away.

Interviewed Mauricio aka JC over a period of 2 weeks with him coming out to take a look at our place ONE TIME for 2 hours (which was spent with him talking in circles). We repeatedly told him our decision would be based on the numbers he proposed for the scope of work in our project which took him almost 10 days to produce. He proposed 5k to remove drywall for ONE WALL. Over 10% of our budget just to "take it to the studs" and then couldn't give any other numbers past that point. These were major red flags so we told him we would talk about it and let him know if we would be moving forward the next day. We spoke to his competitors as well as some trusted professionals who advised his quote was not only outrageous, but a red flag, so we decided to politely reject his proposal and go in a different direction. He then unprofessionally responded with written threats and accusations (which I have screenshot and submitted to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. He is also threatening to report us for "unlicensed work" on a project we haven't even broken ground on yet. If I could rate less than a 1 star I would. Do not hire this man or this firm.

Really? Please explain and identify yourself with a legitimate name. We know this is a Russian Slumlady by the name Marianna Nasyrova who just got her US Citizenship recently by lying in her US Immigration Application, breached our contract several times and refused to pay and owes us money for extra work performed in her neglected properties at The Palm Beach Hotel and Condominiums, a 100 year old historical landmark notorious for Black Mold and Asbestos and long history of fires, one of the reasons for which we had to stop the job after much work had been already done. We were also obligated by OSHA and all Federal State County and Local Safety Laws to stop the job and report these Hazardous Conditions once we detected the presence of Black Mold and Asbestos not only in her units but throughout the entire building, before continuing the job, since we never refused to finish the job. Unfortunately this Slumlady wanted us to cover up the Public Safety Hazards and not report it so she can continue renting out her AirBnBs to unsuspecting guests who would've been exposed to breathing dangerous carcinogens. Once we reported the horrible dangerous situation to the Building Department, Slumlady Marianna Nasyrova illegally terminated our contract in retaliation. We will handle this matter accordingly and protect Public Safety.

    Horrible, run away!!
stole my money , never finished the job and harassed me to the point I am taking this matter to a police and additionally to civil court. Mr Mauricio Rico of Infinity Construction and Handyman services LLC has lots of customers previously filed claims against him complaining word to word on what I am going trough, but somehow he is still in scamming business.Long story short is that I hired him in June, I saw horrible reviews about him but still decided to give him a benefit of a doubt. He seemed very religious and nice,In June he asked me if he can stay in my small condo for a few days (where remodeling was supposed take place and it was empty) .He mentioned he would have get better grasp of what work must be done. I agreed. When he moved in - he brought bunch of his personal items and made that place impossible to rent for Airbnb. He was supposed stay a few days but ended up staying 6 months . I never made a big deal out of it because I just wanted it to be remodeled and just wanted to help him out when I learned he was evicted from previous place. (I know! Red flag ! Silly me). Additionally he asked to be paid in advance for many things and I paid him 20k and got nothing. He hired electrical company as subcontractors. Part of 20k was to pay them. They did the job and he never paid them, I have checks to him stating it is to pay for electrical job. Mr Rico pocketed money and now electrical company putting the lean on my property. On top of it NOTHING is done in my unit .It looks worse now than before. Additionally what he does - he is trying to find violations of code right the way and use it against the clients. The problem for him that I played by the book, only hired licensed and insured workers (him and electrical company).I wanted to make sure during remodeling my place is up to code . So unfortunately for him he can’t claim that I didn’t do everything by the book. Do not hire him! If you have any questions, please email me at stop scam palm beach county @ g m a i l . com

Miss Nasyrova we performed over 20K of work in your unit 2010 including building department permits HOA approvals and registrations and office work insurance plus removal and installation of toilet seat vanity sink faucet light fixture exhaust fan Kitchenette demolition etc which you provided, plus approx 12K electrical work not done properly by electrical contractor now under dispute. Subcontractors work under my license and permit is my company's work as they represent my company and I'm 100% responsible for all my subcontractors work. I did 2K work in your second new unit but you still owe us at least 7K to 10K for the additional work orders including electrical work for Code Violations at 2010 bathroom which you authorized but refuse to pay. We never refused to finish the job. You were advised pursuant to federal state county and local safety regulations we needed to stop the job immediately when we found asbestos black mold and lead in your unit 2010 and throughout the Palm Beach Hotel in Condominiums building and needed to conduct further testing and inspections to determine safety and report to all the proper federal state county and local regulatory agencies to continue the job properly. You fired me in retaliation for performing my Duty to Report and protect Public Safety as it's part of my General Contractor's duty. You have chosen to slander me and level false accusations for which you are now liable. I have gathered and kept photographic and written evidence showing you are not telling the truth. Additionally you are operating an AirBnB illegally without required licensing and insurance and refuse to invest into properly updating this unit 2010 putting Public Safety at risk for profits. Essentially you just wanted to put lipstick on a pig ignoring the grave risks and dangers we discovered behind ceilings and walls throughout your unit 2010 and the entire Palm Beach Hotel and Condominium building. When notified of such findings you chose to threaten me and attempted to blackmail and intimidate me so I wouldn't report these hazardous conditions to the proper channels. It is unfortunate you have chosen to put me in this position instead of resolving this matter in a civil amicable way. Good luck.

Mr Mauricio was the first contractor who called us regarding our home addition projects after we contacted Buildzoom for a reference. Based on our conversation about our projects, he was very professional, understanding and seemed very knowledgeable on the subject. He was on schedule and was very punctual when calling me to discuss possible ways we could do this within my strict budget and schedule. Unfortunately, we decided to wait, because we didn’t feel like we were ready yet to tackle this task. Thank you for your understanding and professionalism!! Many blessings in all your endeavors!!
    Sincerely, Getty

Mauricio was expeditious and diligent in responding to our request for our patio project. He probably supplied all the necessary verification for our ACC application.
