Had a custom house engineered, they accepted the job, they created a defect on my home by building it their way and not per plan. I'm handicap, they denied me access to my own house and refused to install the bracing needing for handicap railing in bathrooms, despite it being in the plan. Just had a third party inspection done today, and the roof has numerous issues. They are also a roofing company for god sakes. I also have issues with the brickwork, siding, leaks, and this is only what I can recall. These guys wil cut corners every chance they get.
Incorrect billing, vague communication, bullying, shoddy work, drunk phone calls, being told "we can do whatever, once inspector passes us", negligence, fraud, defects...
and I've only scratched the surface. -

Excellent work on my familys home. Mr Martinez walked me through all the details and followed through on everyrhing, even worked with my adjuster so I didn't have to. By far, the best construction company that I've done business with!!

Worse experience ever. Everything that could have gone wrong happened. Incompleted work, not as per code, poor quality, not attention to details, no costumer service. They didn't stand behind their work. for your piece of mind choose another contractor.

These guys are bushleague! No pride in their work, completely ignored engineering plans & then tried to hit us with change orders for making things correct. They never did build things correctly- structurally "repaired" after all the LVL beams were improperly cut/ installed. Doors, Windows, Brick, Lumber and roof were all cheap substitutions that were installed incorrectly. They don't even have the decency to admit when they are caught- they tried to blame us for "not paying" when they misused the money we gave them & became overdrawn. These guys are exactly what you want to avoid!
