    Fix a can light for new construction

    I just had the worst interaction with a man named Chris who works for this company. Not only did he yell at me & continually talk over me, but he stated that if he was the one who came to fix the light in my home that he would make sure it didn't work when he left. I would be ashamed to have someone like this working for me. It is amazing to think that someone could be so disrespectful. Then after he yelled at me for more than 5 minutes he started telling me to be blessed? This whole interaction is incredibly unprofessional. I know this Chris person isn't the owner, but he did make it a point to say that he was. I asked who he reported to & he said "me, myself & I".
