They didn't do what they promised to do. They ask you to change the shingles chosen to a cheaper one.
Response from Infinity General Contractors Group January 23, 2018When your budget is 10K for an entire new roof, YES we had to change to a lower priced shingle. The one you end up choosing has a 15yr warranty and is made by Corning which is one of the best in the industry. I lost money on this deal and truthfully is the most inexpensive roof we have ever done hands down! We did way more work than what was in our contract to make the customer happy! Looks like sometimes we just cant win! This was easily a 15K-20K job and we did it for 10K which is all the customer could afford. The inspector from the city passed our work as always and we have moved on. -
