When we contracted to build with Infinity Homes, we anticipated all the typical builder problems - hard to get hold of, late on deadlines, etc. But what we didn't anticipate was subpar workmanship and a warranty that was nearly impossible to inforce. Once the money was in their pockets, they virtually stopped responding to phone calls. When we were able to contact them, they assured us our issues would be dealt with, but never followed through. Our home has significant issues that were the result of poor workmanship and bad engineering, but we're having to fix the issues on our own, although we were assured we would have an 18 month warranty on all builders issues.
