My experience was good at first, then they got my money and well let’s just say that customer service was poor. Repairs made were not done properly, sometimes after the 3rd and 4th time. Contractors coming into my home, making the repair and leaving the mess for my wife and I to clean up. Repaid made are just a rush get in, get out type repair. All materials are hardly contractors grade. We had upgraded cabinets in the kitchen and the mil work looks like an angry beaver cut the wood.
Other homes in the Hawthorne Woods neighborhood had sinks fall off of the countertops, many roofs are/were replaced already, contractors running over lawns, sprinklers, grass. Many homes have cracking drywall, all in similar areas. Concrete that is scaling off, blaming the homeowner of course. Promises not kept. Very poor timelines on warranty work that the homeowner will be blamed for causing.
In all honesty, if you are looking into an Infinity Home, do your homework, read reviews, hire a home inspector BEFORE you close. Most of all good luck dealing with Liz and anyone else that represents Infinty.

Permits
- Building permit records show that Infinity Homes Inc has worked on 583 permitted projects.
First & foremost, here are our personal ratings on this builder-company:
Beautifully styled homes/subdivisions – 4 stars out of 5
Interior quality/workmanship – 2 stars
Staff professionalism/helpfulness – 3 stars (until the ink dries on the sales contract!)
Overall integrity of the company – 2 stars (based on our personal experienceS)
My husband & I purchased one of the new-build homes in Legacy Park. We signed the contract in early 2022. The house took a year to be built, so we finally moved in in early 2023. There were several pre-build & during-build issues that Infinity resolved only because we brought them to their attention.
The most recent post-build issue involves discovery that Infinity did NOT have our driveway approach inspected by the City. This ‘oops’ was discovered when our own personal cement contractor worked to pour our extended driveway. Our contractor measured 4” end caps, where the required cement pour should be 6” per construction code. My husband immediately contacted the City to see how this even passed & was told they have no inspection on file for the approach.
When this issue was brought to Infinity’s attention, they sent their cement contractor to review & he tried to “explain & assure” that the approach pour was indeed the required 6” IN THE CENTER. So 6” in the center, but 4” on the ends?! Even IF they could make it make sense, Infinity’s project manager did NOT have the approach pour inspected. The City confirmed this on numerous occasions & Infinity cannot provide an inspection certificate. So, Infinity’s ‘less costly resolve’ to the issue is to come drill a hole in the center of our approach to “prove & assure” that there’s 6” of concrete IN THE CENTER. NOT acceptable, NOT going to be approved/inspected by the City UNLESS we the homeowners agree to it, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Infinity needs to have their cement contractor remove & replace the approach & have it pass City inspection as the correct process. They ‘offered’ to have this done in the Spring when the weather permits, but since it’s going to ding their and/or their cement contractor’s profits, now they want to ‘resolve’ the less costly drill a hole in the center way. NOT going to happen!
And oh by the way… did I mention that my husband is a general contractor for 25+ years. ?
I strongly advise getting everything in written communication, having a real estate attorney on hand, etc. Infinity is 'great' at referring you back to every clause in their sales contract that you signed.
