    Fix master shower

Very bad owner would not with me …

Plumber came worked on master shower which had only warm water. Within a couple of hours we used the hall shower which now has no hot water. They did something that messed up the hall shower. Will not come back n fix fix it because it wasn’t listed on the work order which they messed up.
I strongly advise anyone to use a different company. Theses people don’t stand by the work they do. Owner just kept going around in circles telling me it’s a different problem. Which they messed up in the first place. Yuck… stay away from this company.

    Fix water leak
    $200

Technician arrived on-site after being told the problem from a scheduler. Was told of the problem before hand clearly. Home warranty policy says one thing. The technician sent out says another thing unwilling to fix the problem. Just lazy and typical service contractor. Service charge and leave without ever having done any work.

It's hard to make the experience concise - but it was awful.

They came through our home warranty to replace our water heater. After their initial visit, they did not drain the water heater - so it just leaked over the weekend until they could send someone to replace it, causing damage to the garage shelf it sits on.

Additionally, they said our PRV needed to be replaced. While replacing it, they cracked a PVC pipe (which they let us know about). Unfortunately, after their repair, our sprinkler system had issues (worked before their "repair" but not after). This is where things got ugly. When I reached out about the issue and proposed having an independent irrigation person determine if the work they did could have been the cause - they started name-calling. They called me a liar and intellectually challenged for not taking their word that they couldn't have been the cause. I was also told they dont care about negative reviews (looking here - they obviously don't)

Not a surprise - but our irrigation person found the issue to be dirt and PVC glue in the line - something that likely happened during their repair. When I sent them the irrigation persons note they ignored me (which I guess is better than being called names). In any case, paying them for "repairs" is the cheap part - paying to fix the job after them is the expensive part.

Fix Water leak in laundry room
    $75

We found and reported water damage in our washroom the first day we moved into our new home. We called Infinity Plumbing who sent plumbers out. 2 plumbers came out, cut a hole in our wall, spent 15 minutes replacing one section of pipe and claimed to have “fixed” our leak. We were advised to keep fans on the area to dry out walls before hooking up our washer. We went to hook up the washer today only to find a hugely obvious rusted and leaky connection to our washer hose. It immediately started leaking as soon as we turned it on. Can you please tell me how a licensed professional plumber failed to notice this? Now we are being denied further help as this company claims the issue is not related to the first “repair” and would not be covered by our home warranty. The owner we spoke with on the phone was extremely defensive and condescending and continued to speak in circles as we tried to explain our reasoning. Apparently when they come out, they only look at one area at a time and ignore all other signs of problems. I’m guessing this tactic helps them justify return visits at the customer’s expense.

I have to agree with everyone stating that this is a bad company and stay away. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. She is trying to make money off you aside from your warranty. She is texting me as a child would telling me how her business is doing so well as if she needs to convince me. Please people for your own good. Stay away. I am so glad that my home warranty has changed plumbers. I am glad that I am not dealing with this business anymore. Very unprofessional!!!!

    water heater replacement
    $500

Recently had my water heater go out (aka, it spilled its guts dead) and through my home warranty company (AHS) I contacted Infinity Plumbing. Background, Infinity had come to my home a year ago to fix a clogged drain and install a PRV through my home warranty (AHS), so having worked with them in the past, I knew I could count on Infinity. Texted Gina on Sat (even though they were closed) and she had her plumber out on Monday morning. By Tuesday, I had a new water heater, installed to local code (they really are adamant about making sure things are done right - its a good thing). Sure I had some out of pocket expenses for what the home warranty wouldn't cover (bringing it up to code, ~$500), but still less than the $2000 I paid out of pocket last year for the same work on my rental property. Thank you Gina for your great communication, clean and tidy install, and quality plumbing work.

Excellent response time and fixed my problem immediately. Read all the negative stuff, along with the positive, and had my doubts but Infinity Plumbing ended up being top notch and would recommend them to a friend/relative!!

    Water heater install
    $600

Stay away from this company. If your home warranty service wants to dispatch them, decline, avoid, run. We had a water heater that needed to be replaced back in 2016. After paying for this warranty service for years, it was good feeling to finally be getting something in return. But how disappointed we were when this plumber came out and informed us that before they could install the new water heater, they'd have to install a PRV (pressure relief valve) at the meter and charge us over $800. I called and spoke with Gina (owner) about this issue and explained that we already had a PRV installed a few years ago when we had a water softener installed. She was extremely rude and tried to tell me that the PRV was installed in the wrong location and it needed to be at the meter. I argued and challenged that because the PRV, even if in the wrong location, was still located behind the water heater and reducing pressure before hitting the water heater or any in house plumbing. She basically told me that I either pay for a new PRV or she would inform American Home Shield (warranty company) to deny the claim on a new water heater because of failed requirements (high water pressure). However, she did agree to reduce the price to $600. So, I agreed. After the install, the pressure inside the house was horrible. I called them back and they told me the PSI was set accordingly at 75 and there was nothing they could do about it. Fast forward three years later, this PRV goes out, resulting in even lower water pressure and a loud banging and rattle noise on the pipes . After doing extensive research for a professional plumber, I found a company that came out and confirmed that the PRV was no good. He also told me that the PRV used was extremely cheap and low quality maybe even used or refurbished. He installed a new one, much better quality and guess what, water pressure has never been better and its set at 75 PSI. Makes me so angry that for 3 years we dealt with low water pressure resulting in only one shower, no flushing toilets or running a washing machine or dish washer at the same time. I absolutely HATE this company for the RUDE woman (and I’m being nice not calling her what I really want to say) that I had to deal with that put us through hell for the last 3 years. Stay away from them. Trust me!!! No good, no good at all. They primarily only work for home warranty companies and seek reasons to rip people off and give warranty companies reasons to deny claims.

    leaky spout in tub
    $150

The plumber came out to fix my leaky spout in the tub. The next day it started to leak again. I sent a text message to representative and she did not respond. the next day I left a message and still no response. Meanwhile, water had been leaking for days, total waste of water. When I finally got a response she recommended I call the city to turn off my water. I told her I didn't want for water to be turned off in my home, just the faucet and she told me to turn it off myself. I was like I paid yall $150 to fix the leak and she said there are no refunds for the labor. TERRIBLE customer service, call someone else!!!

    Leak Repair
    $425

These plumbers are terrible. They come out to my house per referral from my home warranty company and state that I have a pressure issue. Tried to sell me a new PRV for 425 and the existing one was only 10 months old. Called plumber out and they said PRV not the issue but replaced it anyway. They would've charged me 425 and not fixed the problem......STAY AWAY

I needed work on some issues in my home. Scott, the owner I assume, came out, told me the problem, corrected what he could but had to come back due to lack of hardware Moen hadn't provided. During phone calls with his wife, I assumed, or his office person, I found her to be VERY RUDE...her overall persona, even though it was via telephone was rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. The plumber, himself, Scott, was respectful and very professional. Because of Scott is the ONLY reason I would recommend.

    Home Warranty Repair
    $1,000

Plumber came out for a home warranty issue. While he was here, he noticed I had no water pressure. He said it was from the water softener and it was an easy fix, he just needed to bypass the system. Instead of fixing it, he made it worse and water started flooding my son's room. When I called back, Ashley let me know it was none of their concern and were not going to help me. I called another plumbing company to stop the leak and now I have to get the water out of my son's room and hope there is no damage to the wall or studs.

    Diagnose low water pressure issue
    $50

Despite the reviews I've read I had a great experience working with Infinity. They were able to diagnose my low water pressure as a result of water softener issues. The gentlemen who came by was very professional, polite and down to earth. I plan on using them again in the future.

    Replace a water heater
    2 days

The plumbers somehow poured water out of a water heater they were replacing 20-30ft from where the water heaters are located in my attic. Contacted the owner Gina Howard, who has refused to repair the damage or even give me their insurance information. She states that the water damage was due to the faulty water heater so she's not responsible, unfortunately as I said, it occurred 20-30 feet from where it sat right by the ladder to carry it down. They are dismissive and have horrible customer service.
