Do not use this company. Installed my system in Oct 2019. I tried reaching Rafael to come out for a design issue starting in May 2020. Sent an email, text, left voice mail, no reply. Second issue arose, now the system was leaking, less than a year old. Tried one last time in late August, and he answered the phone. Came out to look at the leak (was a half hour late) and then claimed he did not have the parts he needed to fix the leak. (Really? No parts for his system in his truck?) Said he would come back the following week on Tuesday morning at 8am. Tuesday had very high winds, but at 8:30am no show. So I called him (he should have called me) and he picked up. Said it was too windy, would need to reschedule. He said he would text me within a day to let me know when he would come out. A week later, having not heard from him, I called him on a Tuesday and he said he would be out Thursday Sep 17, between 8 and 10am. NO CALL NO SHOW. Tried to reach him, cell phone mailbox full, no answer at his office, no answer to my texts. I am now having to pay someone else to fix his mess. STAY AWAY
