He ended over 5mos past deadline with no reason. Told us had 10 crews to get work completed but didn't. Missing items which we were required to pay to replace--"accidents happen" is what we were told. Rarely on site, so quality of workmanship lacking. Didn't properly disclose costs in the beginning (left a lot of line items as "0.00" and then got quotes later. After following up on some of the invoices, found out that he was charging us more then what was billed then, charged us his 15% in addition. He used 'All Pro Flooring' and their quality of work was horrible and did not seem concerned when items brought up. We are now on month 5 over original end date and still awaiting work to be completed. Front door, mudroom door, back sliders and pantry door installed damaged.
